Cancellation & Billing Policy
Last updated: June 24, 2026
1. Recurring Billing
SitFit LLC memberships (Monthly, Quarterly, and In-Person plans) are recurring subscriptions. By signing up, you authorize SitFit LLC to automatically charge your payment method on file at the start of each billing period (monthly, quarterly, or as otherwise stated at checkout) until you cancel. Your subscription will continue and renew automatically — it does not end on its own.
2. How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time, with no cancellation fee, by logging into your account and clicking "Cancel Subscription" on your Profile page. You can also email tedsitfit@gmail.com and we will process the cancellation on your behalf within 2 business days of your request.
3. When Cancellation Takes Effect
Canceling stops future billing — it does not refund the current billing period. When you cancel, you keep full access to SitFit LLC through the end of the billing period you've already paid for. Your subscription will not renew or charge again after that date. We do not prorate or refund partial periods.
4. Refunds
Charges for a billing period in which you had active access to the program are final and non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error — for example, charged after a cancellation request that we failed to process — contact tedsitfit@gmail.com and we will investigate and issue a refund if the charge was made in error.
5. Disputing a Charge
We ask that you contact us directly before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer. Most billing issues can be resolved faster, and without affecting your account, by reaching out to tedsitfit@gmail.com first.
6. Failed Payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and will suspend access if payment cannot be collected. This is not a cancellation — you must cancel through your Profile page or by emailing us to stop future billing attempts.
7. Questions
Questions about your billing or this policy can be sent to tedsitfit@gmail.com.
